Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed, however some custom orders require a design approval from the buyer so please keep an eye on emails or WhatsApp messages from us to avoid delays! 

We use a range of different carriers depending on where the customer is located. Shipping prices are calculated for you at the checkout when you input your address.

We have 2 shipping options: Standard or Express

Please see below for estimated shipping times. These are a guideline only, sometimes orders can experience delays that are outside of our control (hold ups at customs etc.) we kindly ask for your patience and to keep an eye on the tracking.

United Kingdom:

Standard: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days

Express: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1 working day

Europe:

Standard: Shipped via Evri International - 3-7 working days

Express: Shipped via UPS - 2-4 working days

Everywhere Else:

Standard: Shipped via Evri International - 5-10 working days

Express: Shipped via UPS - 2-6 working days
