What's the fastest you can ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Some products require your design approval before we can make and ship it, so keep an eye out for emails or WhatsApp messages from us to avoid delays!
If you are in a hurry please notify us so we can expedite your order. We recommend choosing express shipping in these scenarios.
Orders outside of the UK naturally take longer to arrive and can sometimes have delays. If you are not sure your order will arrive in time, please contact us before ordering and we can assist you!
How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom:
Standard: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days
Express: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1 working day
Europe:
Standard: Shipped via Evri International - 3-7 working days
Express: Shipped via UPS - 2-4 working days
Everywhere Else:
Standard: Shipped via Evri International - 3-10 working days
Express: Shipped via UPS - 2-6 working days
Please note: International orders can sometimes experience delays due to customs or other issues outside of our control. We kindly ask you for your patience and to keep an eye on the tracking, thank you.
How can i track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Can i make changes to my order before it ships?
Changes can be made to personalised items up to 6 hours after you have ordered it (or if we haven't created it yet!) if 6 hours have passed and we have already created your personalised item, then we cannot make changes.
For more intricate designs with multiple aspects of personalisation, we will always send you a digital preview for your approval before making your product. You can make as many changes/alterations in this period as you need. Keep an eye out for emails or WhatsApp messages from us to avoid delays!
Can i cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours after you place your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since almost all of our items are personalised, we only accept exchanges or refunds on damaged or faulty products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- on spelling/design mistakes if you wrote it that way
- on incorrect placement (incompatible surface etc.)
- because you don't like the colour your ordered
Of course, in any situation where we have made a mistake or your item arrives damaged/faulty then we will offer a full refund or replacement upon return of the item. Please contact us if you are having any issues!
My order is a gift.. do you include prices on your products?
Don't worry, we never include prices on our products or packaging! You will only see a price on the receipt sent to the email used when placing the order.
Can i order something custom that you don't have listed?
Yes! We love making custom designs. Please use the Custom Order Form to give us all the details, we will be in touch soon to discuss your ideas and give you a quote!

We are based in Scotland, UK where we design, manufacture, package and ship your order!
